MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CARLTON W. REEVES, District Judge.

This is a Section 1983 case in which the Plaintiff, Lashunda Adams, alleges that a police officer, W.L. May, arrested her without probable cause and used excessive force during the arrest. Adams sued May and May’s employer, the City of Newton. Before the Court is the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
