Defendant, Nathan Jerard Dunlap, appeals the sentence imposed on remand following reinstatement of his original convictions for two counts of second degree kidnapping and one count each of aggravated robbery and theft. Defendant asserts that his sentence, originally imposed in 1996 and reimposed in 2006, is illegal, because the sentencing court has never considered or fixed restitution.
