This appeal involves an action brought in the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under the Pennsylvania wrongful death and survival statutes by Alice Colna, Administratrix of the Estate of Herman K. Roien, deceased, to recover damages for the death of the deceased resulting from an accident which occurred on the premises of the defendant, Northern Metal Co., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
