In a matrimonial action in which the parties were previously divorced by judgment dated April 10, 1990, the defendant husband appeals from so much of an order of the the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Kaiser, J.H.O.), entered January 23, 1991, as granted the plaintiff wife’s motion to modify the divorce judgment to include a provision permitting her to move to the State of Florida with the parties’ children.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to *770the Supreme Court, Westchester County, for a hearing and new…
