—The information based on the complaint is in two counts. One alleges that appellant on or about February 11, 1915, did unlawfully, wilfully and without justification, desert, neglect and refuse to provide for the support and maintenance of his wife, Ida Trial, who was then and there, and is at the date of filing this information, in destitute and necessitous circumstances. The second count alleges that on or about said date appellant did unlawfully, wilfully and without justification, desert, neglect and refuse to provide for the support and maintenance of his infant child…
