Plaintiff-Appellant, a dentist, was insured by defendant-appellee under two accident policies. At age 84, while still active in the practice of his profession, but while working in his yard at home in St. Petersburg, Florida, on June 21, 1965, plaintiff-appellant fell and sustained multiple injuries, including fractures of his left arm. He was paid monthly disability benefits under each policy (a total of $200.00 per month) for eleven months following the injury (i.e. to and including May 21, 1965, a total of $2,200.00).
