OPINION

HENRY, Judge.

Jerry Seymour appeals from a July 28, 2004, order of the Oldham Circuit Court dismissing his petition for declaratory judgment. On review, we affirm.

Seymour is an inmate incarcerated for a sex offense at the Kentucky State Reformatory (“KSR”) in LaGrange, Kentucky. Pursuant to Kentucky law, specifically KRS 1 197.045(4), Seymour is only eligible for good time credit or parole once he completes the Sex Offender Treatment Program (“SOTP”).
