These are two actions of tort, one against a corporation and the second against an individual, an employee of the corporation, to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff by reason of the alleged negligent operation of an automobile by the employee. There was a finding in each case in the District Court for the plaintiff. The plaintiff appealed from orders of the Appellate Division vacating the findings for the plaintiff and ordering a finding for each defendant.
