This is an interlocutory appeal of the trial court’s denial of a motion to dismiss filed by Appellants Diagnostic Research Group (DRG) and Dr. John Holcomb. DRG and Dr. Holcomb contend the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion to dismiss, finding the causes of action asserted against DRG are not *865health care liability claims under the Texas Medical Liability Act (TMLA).
