I. Introduction.

Fox Bean Company Inc. (hereinafter “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on June 1, 2000. On August 1, 2001, the Chapter 7 Trustee R. Sam Hopkins (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) commenced this adversary proceeding to recover two transfers of funds made to D.L. Evans Bank (hereinafter “Defendant”).
