{¶ 1} Appellant Gabriel Adames appeals from the October 11, 2016 Judgment Entry of the Licking County Court of Common Pleas. Appellee is the state of Ohio.

{¶ 2} The following facts are adduced from appellee's bill of particulars. Appellant began doing business as Newark Foods, LLC in Licking County, Ohio, and in early 2015, authorities learned the company was dealing in stolen goods for resale purposes and exchanging food stamp benefit cards for cash.
