HOOVER, PJ.

¶ 1. Mark Zweber appeals a February 2004 nonfinal order of the circuit court denying his motion to amend a January 2004 order discharging the lis pendens he had filed against the real estate underlying this action. Zweber argues the lis pendens must remain until all the appellate rights in litigation are exhausted or expired. We agree and reverse the order.
