Action to recover damages for the wrongful conversion of a Ford truck, alleged to be the property of plaintiff. Said truck was levied upon by defendant, C. L. Spears, sheriff of Cabarrus County, on 7 July, 1922, under warrants of attachment issued by the Superior Court of said county in actions instituted in said court by defendants, Lowder Brothers, and B. A. Ford against Kannapolis Local Union No. 1238, Textile Workers of America, and W. G. Walter. B. A.
