The Commonwealth of Kentucky— through its Attorney General Jack Conway — and Pike County (collectively, the “Commonwealth”) commenced this action in Kentucky state court alleging that defendants Purdue Pharma, L.P., Purdue Pharma, Inc., The Purdue Pharma Frederick Company, Inc., Purdue Pharmaceuticals, L.P., P.F. Laboratories, Inc., Abbott Laboratories, and Abbott Laboratories, Inc.
