This matter presents a timely appeal from a judgment rendered by the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court adopting the magistrate’s decision that affirmed a decision of the appellee, Ohio Real Estate Commission, suspending appellant Gregory M. Vantell’s broker’s license for a period of fifteen days.
