John Vickers appeals convictions for first degree felony murder and attempted first degree murder with firearm enhancements on both counts. Paul Vickers appeals convictions for aggravated first degree murder and attempted first degree murder with firearm enhancements on both counts. They argue that we should reverse their convictions because the police seized some evidence with a defective warrant.
