Leman v. Sherman

The appellee, Edwin Sherman, filed a bill in the circuit court of Cook county against appellant for the removal of the latter from the position of trustee of the estate of Francis G. Sherman, deceased, and for the appointment of a new trustee in his place. Appellant had filed a bill in the Superior Court •of Cook county against appellees, for the construction of certain provisions of the will of Francis G. Sherman, deceased.
