This action is a suit brought by and in behalf of the City of Little Bock to condemn lands required for the city’s new water supply reservoir on the Big Maumelle Biver, said lands being owned by appellees, Octavia and J. Gr. Sawyer. The tract involved contains approximately 322 acres, is. divided north and south by State Highway No. .10, and lies at the intersection of State Highways No. 10 and No. 13 at the point commonly known as Crossroads, located about 22 miles west of Little Bock.
