J. JOSEPH SMITH, Circuit Judge:
The Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Thiem Supply Co., Inc. petitioned the bankruptcy referee for an order expunging the claim of the debtor’s landlord, Engine Air Service, Inc., for $1750 for use and occupancy of the premises by the trustee. The trustee’s petition also requested that the landlord be directed to turn over to the trustee a security deposit of $3500.
