MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case comes before the court on motions for summary judgment made by Defendant, National Institutes of Health (“NIH”) and Intervenor-Defendant Johnson & Johnson (“J & J”), and a cross-motion for summary judgment made by Plaintiff, Public Citizen Health Research Group (“HRG”). Plaintiff brought suit in this Court to compel Defendant to release two pieces of information: 1) NIH revenues from royalties based on NIH inventions for both intramural and Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (“CRADA”) research, and 2) records concerning…
