Affirming.

The appellant, Ohio Valley Fire and Marine Insurance Company, is a Kentucky corporation and for some time prior to November 13, 1923, had been engaged in the business suggested by its name, with its principal office and place of business at Paducah, Kentucky. Prior to that date it had become involved in- financial difficulties which became so acute that it was admittedly insolvent.
