In an action under the Administrative Review Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.), the Circuit Court of Cook County affirmed a decision of the Board of Review of the Department of Labor of Illinois, Division of Unemployment Compensation (Board). The Board determined that Katherine Brown (claimant) was not entitled to receive benefits for the period of May 17, 1970 through June 6, 1970. The claimant has appealed.
