THE MATTERS under consideration in this adversary proceeding are 1) the Second Amended Complaint for Turnover filed by Plaintiff, Roy Loudermilk, (Trustee), against Defendant, Levine, Hirseh, Segall & Northcutt, P.A., and 2) Defendant’s counterclaim.
