WATKINS, Judge:

This case comes to us on appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County and involves defendant-appellant’s appeal from an order of the court below which upheld a fine imposed upon him of $2,000 pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. 4H3, the section of the Motor Vehicle Code establishing fines for overweight vehicles. The defendant claims that the evidence used against him at trial, namely, the weigh scale readings of the truck he was operating, was illegally obtained and should have been suppressed.
