Introduction

Defendant James McDonald is charged with unauthorized use of vehicle in the third degree for failure to return his employer’s car, given to defendant for use during his employment, after his employment relationship ended. Defendant has moved the court to dismiss the misdemeanor information on the ground that it fails to satisfy jurisdictional requirements.
