— Affirming.
The appellant, Zach Justice, instituted this proceeding against Troy Staton and Willis Staton, in August, 1934. He asserted that he was the owner and in the actual possession of a tract of land in the city of Pike-ville, lying on the Sandy River and bound as follows:
