MEMORANDUM ORDER

BOYLE, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (“Motion to Transfer”), filed October 15, 2004. For the reasons that follow, the Motion to Transfer is DENIED.

I. Factual and Procedural Background

Plaintiff Anna Salinas (“Salinas”) brings this action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., on behalf of herself and others similarly situated.
