Proceeding initiated in this court pursuant to section 298 of the Executive Law to review a determination of the State Human Rights Appeal Board, dated January 22, 1982, which affirmed an order of the State Division of Human Rights finding petitioners guilty of an unlawful discriminatory practice based on national origin. The complainant in this human rights proceeding is of Spanish heritage and was employed in the office of Clinton County Sheriff Paul Guay as a deputy sheriff from 1968 to 1976.
