Antonio Ramon Guzman pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Guzman’s plea agreement included an appeal waiver. The district court 1 sentenced him to 121 months’ imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release.
