STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-appellant, Continental Grain Company (Continental), appeals an adverse judgment rendered in the Brown Circuit Court in its suit for breach of a grain company's contract against defendant-ap-pellee, Wilbur Followell.

We affirm.
