Retried by jury following a mistrial resulting from jury deadlock, defendant E.B. was convicted of two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2(a)(1), and one count of second-degree impairing the morals of a child, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4(a).
