Joseph J. Spingola appeals his conviction on three counts charging violations of 29 U.S.C. § 439(a) and (d) for failure to file timely annual financial reports for the fiscal years 1966, 1967 and 1968 on behalf of the trade union of which he was secretary-treasurer.
