This case is here on leave granted to appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court, First District (5 Ill. App. 3d 655), which reversed a judgment of the circuit court of Cook County. The substantive issue in the case concerned the correctness of the determination of the Director of the Department of Public Aid as to the maximum shelter allowance payable under the program of Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC).
