OPINION DENYING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTIONS TO DEBTOR’S CLAIMS OF EXEMPTION

Introduction

The Chapter 7 Trustee objected to several of Debtor’s claims of exemption. One objection raises the issue of whether the Debtor is entitled to claim a state law exemption pertaining to realty held as tenancies by the entireties as of the filing date, despite the postpetition death of the co-tenant.
