{¶ 1} In this discretionary appeal from the First District Court of Appeals, we consider whether R.C. 2945.371(J) permits the state to introduce, in its case-in-chief, the testimony of the psychologist who conducted the court-ordered evaluation on the issues of competency and sanity when the defendant asserts, but then wholly abandons, the defenses.
