A warrant to search for intoxicating liquors in a building occupied by the respondent was issued July 20th, the day of the making the complaint. It is not stated on what day the warrant came into the hands of the officer who undertook to execute it, but presumably it was delivered to him at once. He held the warrant for three days, apparently needlessly, and then assumed to execute it July 23rd when he found and seized some intoxicating liquors, and arrested the respondent.
