WORTHEN, Justice.

An appeal from a judgment dismissing plaintiff’s complaint with prejudice. The case involves the construction of a homemade agreement between a group of doctors.

In 'January, 1952, the plaintiffs and defendants, all medical doctors, formed a partnership termed “Cache Valley Medical Group,” and leased the lower portion of what had been the Cache Valley Hospital.
