The complaint; alleges that on or about December 12,. 1.8.90, at the request of the defendants, the plaintiffs delivered possession to them Of the first floor, basement and second, third and fourth lofts of thé building No. '80^" Pearl street;" that «the defendants continued in the possession and occupation of the premises down to the SÓth'day of December, 1891, when they surrendered the" samé to "the" plaintiffs ; that the value of the use and occupation of said premises was at the rate of $2,000 per annum; that.the defendants “ obtained the plaintiffs ” to give them such…
