KRUEGER, Judge.

The conviction is for the offense of receiving and concealing stolen cattle. The punishment assessed is confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of two years.

Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his conviction upon two grounds: First, that the evidence is insufficient because it is not shown, beyond a reasonable doubt, that at the time he purchased the animal in question he knew that it was stolen property; and second, because the State’s evidence shows that he was a principal in the commission of the offense of theft of the animal and…
