In this government contract action brought pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C. §§ 601-613, plaintiff, Reddick & Sons of Gouverneur, Inc., seeks to recover payments pursuant to a contract it entered with the United States Army Corps of Engineers for the construction of a recreation center at Fort Drum, Watertown, New York.
