Plaintiffs own a residential lot in a planned community that is regulated by the Oregon Planned Community Act. ORS 94.550 - 94.783. Plaintiffs brought suit against another lot owner, the Armons, and the homeowners’ association for the planned community, the High Lostine Owners’ Association (association). The complaint asserted various claims related to the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs) of record for the lots.
