My interpretation of the law applicable to the facts is so divergent from the interpretation placed thereon in the majority opinion that I feel impelled to express my dissent.

This controversy is between a petitioner in a bill of review on the one hand, and a purchaser at a judicial sale, who paid the purchase price, obtained his deed, entered possession and made improvements upon the real estate.
