— Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed August 2, 1982. The only issue on this appeal is whether the board erred in denying the employer reimbursement for full wages paid to claimant from November 15,1979 to November 23,1979, following an industrial accident on November 14, 1979. On December 17, 1979, the carrier, on behalf of the employer, filed a C-9, noting that compensation was not controverted, but payment was not being made because full wages were being paid by the employer during disability, and reimbursement was requested (Workers’ Compensation Law, § 25,…
