COLEMAN, Justice.. This 'case was assigned to the writer on the 12th day- of April,-1965. . - - - , -

*12This proceeding will be treated as a petition for mandamus to require the Judge of the Circuit Couit of Geneva County to cause the clerk and reporter of that court to prepare and transmit to this court a complete transcript of the proceedings, including testimony, had in the Circuit Court of Geneva County on the- hearing and denial of a petition for writ of error coram nobis which was filed in that court by the petitioner, William liable.
