This is an action of trover brought by Robert H. Renshaw against the German Savings Bank of Baltimore, *484to recover the value of two hundred shares of second Preferred Stock of the East Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia Railroad Company. The only exception is to the action of the Court below in granting the first, fifth and seventh of the plaintiff’s prayers, and in rejecting all of the instructions asked for by the defendant.
