— Mario Haddock, also known as Mario Justiniano (hereafter referred to as Haddock), obtained review of a decision of the Court of Appeals reversing a 186-month sentence imposed on him by the Mason County Superior Court. We accepted review only on the issue of the validity of the sentencing court’s calculation of Haddock’s offender score. Although we agree with the Court of Appeals that the sentencing court misapplied RCW 9.94A.400(1) in counting each of Haddock’s current offenses toward his offender score, and, thereby, determining his offender score to be nine, we reverse the Court of…
