Plaintiffs-Appellants, Wayne County Hospital, Inc. and OHIC, appeal from a July 17, 2013 jury verdict in favor of Defendant-Appellee, Dr. Peeter Jakobson, entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. After a patient successfully sued Wayne County Hospital in Kentucky state court for negligence relating to the reading of a mammogram, Wayne County Hospital and OHIC filed this action seeking indemnity and subrogation from Dr. Jakobson, the radiologist who read the mammogram.
