On or about November 9,1950, claimants entered into a contract with the State of New York, the latter acting by and through its Department of Public Works, for the construction of a portion of North Goodman Street, a length of 0.03 miles, which constitutes contract SSC 50-7, and for the construction with Federal aid of a portion of North Goodman Street, a length of 0.75 miles, and the North Goodman Extension, a length of 0.86 miles, a total length of 1.61 miles, which constitutes contract FASS 50-8, a total combined length of 1.64 miles in the County of Monroe, New York as set forth in…
