This is an appeal [doc. # 1] from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy-Court, District of Connecticut (Krechevsky, B.J.) discharging the student loans of Debtor Claudia Curiston pursuant to a reopened Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. 1 See Curiston v.
