Marshall, Presiding Justice.

In Castell v. State, 250 Ga. 776, 792 (11) (301 SE2d 234) (1983), a capital murder case, this court affirmed the trial court’s denial of the defendant’s motion for new trial, but without prejudice to the defendant’s right to pursue his motion for new trial based on those allegations made in his original motion for new trial which required supplementation of the trial record. The appellant filed his renewed motion for new trial. After hearing additional testimony, the trial judge denied the motion, which order is appealed.
